6:30 pm Fit Friends – Spring Registration
Who: Led by Certified trainer Nick Boyer
What: 1 hour sessions focused on fitness and nutrition inside the at the Hub
Come make fitness and healthy choices a part of your life while having fun at the same time. Classes will include stretching, cardio, strength exercises and boxing in addition to learning about healthy living! All fitness and mobility abilities will benefit! Participants help Nick coach the sessions, we really have a lot of fun while moving our bodies!
To be prepared for class, please bring a mat or blanket, your weights (or whatever you use for weights), boxing gloves (if you have them) and a water bottle. We have equipment you can use if you do not have your own.
This session will include classes in March/April/May (starts March 6th).
Registering for this first class registers you for all of the Spring classes (13 classes).
