Apple Tree Dental is a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the oral health of people with special dental access needs. Their patients include low-income children and families, elderly nursing home residents, people with disabilities, and others who have serious dental needs.

Canvas HealthEast Metro Cities, a non-profit dedicated to offering hope and help to children, adolescents, adults, the elderly and families who struggle with aging, transportation, chemical and mental health, and domestic and sexual abuse.

Hennepin County Medical Center Dentistry Clinic  services patients of all ages and financial backgrounds.  Care provided ranges from preventative and chronic to acute, simple to complex.  Services include general dental care, specialty care, adult and pediatric care under general anesthesia, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and special care to patients with compromising medical, physical, mental and emotional conditions.

University of Minnesota Physicians Dental Clinic  provides care for people who have an underlying medical condition that may add complexity to the management of their oral health. This clinic is for patients who need a little extra care due to a physical or developmental disabilities, or are afraid of the dental experience.

Children’s Minnesota – Down Syndrome Clinic Provides expert care from birth  to 19 and also offer prenatal visits for parents expecting a baby with Down syndrome. Their developmental pediatricians and geneticists are experts in caring for individuals with Down syndrome and provide up-to-the-minute, research-based care.

Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute provides rehabilitation services for people with short- and long-term conditions, injuries and disabilities. Facilities are located in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

Minnesota Autism Center (MAC) provides therapeutic support for children, youth and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD). MAC is staffed by highly trained professionals who provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy on an individualized basis with the goal of reducing and eliminating the signs and symptoms of autism in children and youth.

Fraser provides a range of services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in the Twin Cities. They offer early childhood services, autism evaluations and services, mental health services, neuropsychology, rehabilitation, products and information to serve more than 60 types of disabilities and disorders.
